1. Introduction

The Seminário de Pós-Graduação stimulates the production and the socialization of knowledge between graduate students and professors, also considering their relationship with the community.
Held at Feevale since 2008, it strengthens the culture of creativity and innovation, as well as academic expertise, and consolidates advanced studies carried out by graduate students.

2. Objective

The event fosters the dissemination of scientific and technological advances produced by Lato Sensu and Stricto Sensu graduate students or participants of the Programa de Aperfeiçoamento Científico Feevale, in various areas of knowledge.

3. Target Audience

The Seminário de Pós-Graduação accepts applications from regular students or graduated Lato and Stricto Sensu students from Feevale and other Higher Education Institutions, as well as students who are formally enrolled in the Programa de Aperfeiçoamento Científico Feevale.

4. Application

June 10th to August 02th.
Authors should apply through an electronic form, available at www.feevale.br/seminariopg.

Requirements for submission of papers by non-Brazilian authors.

5. Investment

• Feevale’s graduate students: R$ 25,00 (twenty five reais) for each work submitted;
• Graduate students from other higher education institutions: R$ 30,00 (thirty reais) for each work submitted;
• Participants enrolled in the Programa de Aperfeiçoamento Científico Feevale: Free of charge.

6. Event theme

Papers submitted to the Seminário de Pós-Graduação must fit into one of the following subject areas:

7. Evaluation and presentation of works

Papers will undergo preliminary analysis to approve the submission and publication of each paper submitted. The presentation of papers approved in the previous analysis will be done orally, at the spaces previously established by the event coordinators, considering the availability of equipment.

8. Videoconferencing

This mode of presentation can be used by participants from institutions, who cannot be at the event facilities. If this presentation mode is used, after applying through the system, participants should send an email to inovamundi@feevale.br stating this need, so the appropriate arrangements can be made.

Technical specifications about videoconferencing are as follows:

- System:
Our Videoconferencing spaces uses a set of POLYCOM VSX7000 equipment.We are able to connect, simultaneously, with up to three other different sites equipped with videoconferencing via IP; we have no connection via ISDN.

- Type of connection:
IP: Connection via Internet link, with quality and communication speed depending on Internet bandwidth variation at the ends, providers, AS, and national / international connections (PPT).

Important:
- If participants do not have POLYCOM equipment, the NetMeeting and Skype may be used.
- Compatibility test to be conducted one week before the event (October 1st to 4th, 2013).
- The Institution will not be liable for any connection problems that prevent students from making their presentation.
